Helpful book for people already familiar with BodyTalk

This is an excellent book for someone already knowledgeable about BodyTalk. I've been studying and practicing BodyTalk for five years. "The Science and Philosophy of BodyTalk" gave me a broad overview of the subject and clarified for me some essential issue, particularly in the Parama branch of BodyTalk. I'll read it a second time to wring out every bit of knowledge I can from this valuable explanation of BodyTalk.
For those unfamiliar with BodyTalk, I'd recommend starting with "The BodyTalk System" by the same author, John Veltheim. It's also available on Amazon. It was my intro to BodyTalk, and I was able to start applying it immediately to improve my health and well-being. I had already studied other similar approaches, so I don't know that every new reader will have a similar experience with "The BodyTalk System." For me, however, this book opened the door to my being able to apply a whole new approach to my health and well-being and that of my family and friends. Later, I took lots of courses. For me, BodyTalk has also developed into a spiritual path, but that aspect will be up to you.
If you have trouble applying "The BodyTalk System" or think a class will work better for you than a book, take "Access." It's a one-day course available in many major cities. Great explanations!

Whether you are a practitioner, client or just want to know more about how you function and heal, this is an excellent book. If you love the advances you see in technology, based on quantum physics (anything with a chip, flat screen tv's), try health care, quantum physics style.
