It is a very interesting book about ketogenic diet. I didn't know a lot about this diet but after reading this book I know well what it is. I learned about a ketosis, meaning of sugar in my diet, about right proteins and right fats.There are so many different diets today that it is difficult to choose the right one, but after reading this book I decided to try ketogenic diet. It seems to be an easy way to lose weight and be healthy. I can recommend this book to everyone who is looking for an effective diet. The author explains everything clearly and this was a good read.

There are so many different diet plans you can choose from nowadays but the Ketogenic diet is a diet that my friend has good results with so I’ve decided to try it. This guide goes through all the basics that you need to know about the diet and gives you a lot of detail about the food types you should and shouldn't be eating. There is a lot of advice and tips on how to succeed on this diet and it’s a worthwhile guide to get if you are interested in starting it.
